Should you experience any significant problems with carrier shipping or our shipping containers, please immediately take pictures that may support your claim and forward them to us. You should rarely, if ever, have a shipping, container, or food temperature problem. Swaggerty's has been shipping perishable products throughout the region and across the U.S. for decades. And, shipping Carriers and Container manufacturers are providing the services and products designed to reach you safely within 3 days or less.

All collections of products shipped from Swaggerty's Farm will be shipped only via United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx, or USPS carriers, and specifically only their respective options which guarantee delivery of our shipping containers within three (3) business days. Our shipping containers are designed for 1, 2, and 3-day delivery, including black ice.

We prepare and ship our collections, only on Tuesdays. Thus, all customers should be prepared to receive and refreeze or refrigerate all products in the container on the following Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday in which it is delivered.

If and when we foresee potentially disruptive forces or factors that may impact your delivery, we will reach out to you via phone and/or email to negotiate alternatives in good faith.
